The website name comes from the fact that I am a crazy musician who loves the sounds created by synthesizers.
The letter Q is used as a tribute to my favorite synthesizer, the WALDORF Q made in Germany.
What makes me really QRAZY is that I own four different Q synthesizer keyboards.
1. a ruby red Q+ with 100 voices and 16 discrete analog filters
2. a classic blue Q with 32 voices
3. a nextel blue Q with 16 voices and wooden end cheeks
4. a rare yellow Q with 16 voices and wooden end cheeks

My name is Steve, but most people know me as Quad and I have been playing synthesizers for more than thirty years. As you might guess, I must be at least 50 years old. The truth is I am closer to 60, but don't let the fact that I am an old musician fool you. Just add today's technology to the mix and the results will go way beyond your imagination. How young or old you are means nothing as long as you allow your mind to create, and synthesizers will remain ageless!!!
